TLC Drain, Sewer, and Water Cleanup is seeking a skilled Lead Restoration Technician to join our team. You will respond to emergency situations, assess damages, and implement restoration procedures to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to emergency calls and assess damages caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters.
2. Develop and implement restoration plans to restore properties to their pre-loss condition.
3. Coordinate and supervise restoration crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Monitor progress of restoration projects and provide regular updates to customers.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
6. Maintain accurate records of restoration activities, including materials used, labor hours, and project costs.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from customers.

Requirements:

• IICRC Certification.
• Proven experience in restoration services, focusing on water, fire, mold, or similar disasters.
• Strong knowledge of restoration procedures, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to assess damages and develop restoration plans.
• Experience in project management and supervising restoration crews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
