The role emphasizes end-to-end technical execution, DFMEA/DVP&R, packaging constraints, and 10–20% travel across North America to support launches and supplier activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 8+ years automotive engineering with cooling/HVAC focus.
• Strong foundation in automotive cooling architectures and packaging constraints.
• DFMEA and DVP&R execution experience.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Own cooling system delivery from concept through production launch and lifecycle.
• Drive engineering for radiators, condensers, fans, oil coolers, hoses, and related components.
• Lead packaging, thermal design, cost/weight trade-offs, and sourcing support.
• Provide onsite support during vehicle launches and rapid issue triage.
