Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on maintenance on high-speed production lines.
Automation and PLC diagnostic skills with fault tracing experience.
Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints and pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
Proven tenure and reliability with previous employers.
Local commute within 45-minute drive of Greater Milwaukee, WI.
US citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
Responsibilities
Diagnose automated production lines using mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnostics.
Traverse PLC logic with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs to locate faults and reduce downtime.
Interpret schematics and drawings to perform emergency repairs and preventative maintenance sequences.
Maintain and optimize fluid power systems, including pneumatics and controls.
Service AC/DC drives and power distribution up to 480V, including VFDs and sensors.
Perform light fabrication and welding to adapt or repair equipment components.
