Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive plant maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Leading 6-S and safety programs for the AMT Lab.
• Prototype product builds for different Business units.
• Development of automated equipment.
• Installation of equipment in Donaldson facilities across the globe.
• Building of automated equipment.
• Testing of equipment.
• Building proof of concept machines in the lab.
• Provide leadership and influence for cross-functional project teams.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to other less-experienced team members.
• Communicate affectively project status and progress to stakeholders and managers in written and verbal forms.
