Job summary

Mackinnon Bruce International in Denver seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer automation projects, coordinating Mechanical, Controls, Electrical and Software Engineers through design, build, debugging, FAT, SAT, installation and final acceptance.

This role requires hands-on leadership in an engineering-led environment, delivering on time and within budget while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within industrial automation or engineered equipment projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams.
• Experience delivering projects through design, build, integration, FAT, SAT, installation and customer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful execution and delivery of assigned customer automation projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, technical requirements, risks and milestones.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of Engineers and Technicians through project execution.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Controls, Electrical, Software, assembly and debugging activities.
• Review URS, proposals and technical documentation and lead design reviews.
• Lead internal and external project design reviews and customer meetings.
• Identify delays, risks and escalation needs to keep projects on track.
• Support FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning and handover to customers.
