Zusammenfassung

Feuji seeks an experienced Rockwell Automation Lead Engineer to own the technical delivery of Rockwell-based control and process automation at an advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing site. You will lead design, configuration, integration and lifecycle support of PLC/SCADA systems within a GMP framework.

You will mentor engineers, manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive CSV/CQV activities in line with regulatory expectations, with emphasis on Rockwell Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, PlantPAx

Qualifikationen

• Degree in automation, control, electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive senior-level hands-on experience with Rockwell platforms (ControlLogix/CompactLogix, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk) and PlantPAx preferred.
• Proven leadership/technical-management experience in GMP pharmaceutical/biotech environments.
• Strong knowledge of CSV/GAMP5, 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11 data integrity.
• Experience with change control, OT cybersecurity and lifecycle management.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior technical leadership for Rockwell-based control and process automation systems.
• Own design, configuration, integration and lifecycle support of PLC/SCADA systems.
• Act as senior technical authority for Rockwell Studio 5000, FactoryTalk and related tools.
• Manage automation delivery end-to-end: planning, resourcing, scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Drive CSV/CQV activities and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee change control, backups, patching and OT cybersecurity.
• Define and maintain automation standards, specs and documentation.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with operations, QA, IT/OT and vendors.
• Support commissioning, qualification and startup activities.
