Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks an Automation Developer Analyst Lead to guide the automation domain, develop scripts, and maintain frameworks. You will train teammates on Huntington standards and collaborate across the delivery organization to maximize tool use and efficiency.

Responsibilities include maintaining test frameworks, creating test data, participating in requirements reviews, and leading defect management while ensuring SDLC compliance and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of Quality Assurance experience.
• 5+ years of experience with industry standard testing/development, QA methodologies, verification and validation processes.
• 3+ years experience building automation scripts using Cucumber or SpecFlow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in improving and maintaining the general testing framework for software releases.
• Analyze and translate requirements to create and execute test cases and automate these test cases.
• Create and maintain test cases and test data.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on documentation.
• Maintain the automation framework per Huntington architecture standards.
• Write and maintain automation test scripts in RubyMine and other tools.
• Facilitate defect management meetings and track defects.
• Develop and implement well-defined test plans and ensure quality delivery.
