Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a QA Test Automation Lead for its Data Lake and Data Warehouse team. You will lead QA efforts across data ingestion projects, design automated testing strategies, and ensure regulatory alignment with IT SDLC standards.

Responsibilities include building scalable test frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with data engineers, developers, PMs, and compliance to ensure data quality and traceability. Strong leadership and banking domain experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years ETL testing in data warehouse.
• 3+ years test automation.
• 2+ years Snowflake and AWS experience.
• 2+ years leading QA Analysts on a project team.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for multiple data ingestion projects ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and execute SIT and assist with UAT.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, PMs, and compliance teams to ensure data quality and traceability.
• Drive continuous QA process improvements and provide metrics reports.
• Participate in design reviews, data mappings, and issue triage.
