Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Nashville, TN is hiring a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and lead a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. Pay range: $22.90–$40.08 per hour.

Our technicians operate under a flat-rate pay model with performance-based rewards, and they have access to on-the-job training, paid formal ASE certifications, benefits from day one, and strong teamwork within Bridgestone's service network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to diagnose brakes and suspension/alignments.
• Experience with tire repair and basic automotive maintenance.
• Ability to explain diagnoses to non-technical customers.
• Reading, writing and math skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain technical repairs to customers in clear terms.
• Stay current with automotive technology via paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians on technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by the company.
