Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical issues while mentoring a team to deliver superior customer care. You will diagnose, repair, and communicate complex information clearly, ensuring quality and safety across vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license at all times.
• Brake diagnosis/repair skills required.
• Alignment, steering and suspension diagnosis/repair skills.
• General automotive maintenance and tire repair.
• Current federal, state and local certifications/licenses where applicable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brake, hydraulic, exhaust, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications; company supports tests and fees.
