Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Master Technician to diagnose drivability, air conditioning, and electrical systems, and to lead a shop team.

This role involves direct customer interaction, educating on problems and proposed solutions, and mentoring others to improve service quality. The ideal candidate has 5+ years automotive diagnostics, 8 ASE certifications (A1–A8), 609 certification, and a state inspection license if applicable, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of automotive diagnostic, problem-solving and repair experience.
• 8 ASE certifications (A1–A8) preferred.
• Section 609 Certification required.
• State Inspection license if applicable.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Pre-employment background check required.
• Availability to work days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake/hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical, suspension and computer systems.
• Perform duties of lower technician levels as needed.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers in understandable terms.
• Continuously learn new techniques through formal training to stay current.
• Assist fellow technicians in technical activities.
• Inform store management of repair issues as they occur.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop.
• Adhere to company policies, safety and environmental rules.
