Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Production Manager to oversee a busy repair facility, assign work to technicians, and ensure on-time completion with uncompromised quality.

You will supervise daily operations, coordinate sublet work, and drive a culture of safety, integrity, and superior customer satisfaction. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and solid organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assign repair work to technicians and supervise workflow to meet target dates.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to production staff.
• Dispatch all work assignments according to ability.
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time per standards.
• Schedule all sublet work promptly.
• Meet with technicians daily to plan assignments and timelines.
• Hold daily team meetings.
• Maintain CCC1 vehicle status information accurately.
• Monitor work quality and coach technicians to foster teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
