Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and plan the repair process.
• Communicate with team about vehicle repair status.
• Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decide on repair vs. replace considering safety and cost.
• Remove upholstery and trim to access vehicle components.
• Participate in safety meetings.
• Utilize power and hand tools for repairs.
• Direct apprentice tasks and explain procedures.
