Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician in Merrimack, NH to examine damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and work with a team to maintain on-time delivery while ensuring quality.

Required: frame machine experience, I-CAR welding certification, knowledge of manufacturer repair processes, and the ability to supervise apprentices. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Frame machine experience required.
• Body repair certification preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certification.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with teammates.
• Performs quality repairs and maintains on-time status.
• Decides repair vs. replacement considering safety and cost.
• Removes upholstery and related components to access areas.
• Participates in required safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with tools.
• Directs an apprentice when needed and explains procedures.
