Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Corporate Audit Services Audit Project Manager (APM) in Corporate Treasury to lead engagements, define scope, and deliver robust audit reporting.

You will supervise staff, review work for accuracy, and collaborate with IT, Compliance and Risk Management to cover key controls and processes.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in auditing or related fields, with strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience in auditing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, and audit competencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise audit staff and ensure high-quality work delivered on time.
• Assess staff work for scope, accuracy and completeness with coaching notes.
• Review issues, identify exposures, and develop effective action plans.
• Plan audits, identify risks and controls, and design audit programs.
• Draft audit reports and support wrap-up; ensure issues are dispositioned.
• Coordinate with IT, Compliance, Risk Management and other teams.
• Provide on-the-job training and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
