Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Audit Project Manager (Corporate Treasury) to lead audit engagements, influence scope with support from the audit manager, and prepare audit reports.

You will supervise staff, plan engagements, and coordinate across IT, Compliance, and Risk teams while aligning with internal policies and procedures. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, with a focus on risk and control effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise audit staff and ensure high-quality work delivered on schedule.
• Plan audit engagements, interview auditees, and define scope.
• Review findings, identify root causes, and draft audit recommendations.
• Assist in reporting and wrap-up phases of audits.
• Monitor progress and perform on-the-job training for staff.
• Collaborate across three lines of defense and other teams.
