Malibu Jack’s Indoor Family Entertainment Center in Bettendorf, IA seeks a Senior Attractions & Arcade Technician to lead hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of arcade games, rides, and attraction systems.

This role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills to diagnose issues, prioritize repairs, and ensure fixes are correct the first time, while guiding other technicians and maintaining safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Solid mechanical repair background.
• Proven ability to diagnose problems rather than replace parts blindly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including AC/DC circuits, motors, sensors, relays, power supplies, and control components.
• Perform mechanical repairs on attractions, arcade games, and go-kart systems.
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.
• Prioritize repair work based on safety, downtime, and guest impact.
• Guide and support other technicians and verify quality of completed repairs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and accurate repair documentation.
• Ensure attractions operate safely and meet manufacturer and company standards.
• Respond to urgent equipment issues and on-call emergencies as needed.
