Job summary

The United Football League (The UFL) seeks a Head Athletic Trainer for the Arlington, TX area to lead day-to-day athletic training operations and provide top-tier medical care for players and staff. This fixed-term role reports to the Director, Health and Wellness and includes oversight of two Assistant Athletic Trainers.

Responsibilities include prevention, rehabilitation, documentation, and coordination with team physicians, with frequent travel during the season and an onsite requirement in

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in athletic training or equivalent field.
• BOC certification and TX state licensure or eligibility.
• Maintain CEUs required for BOC certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead care, prevention, rehabilitation, and health care administration for football players.
• Order supplies within budget and document medical information.
• Coordinate with team physicians and medical staff for coverage and documentation.
• Ensure timely communication with insurance, workers' compensation, and medical records.
• Travel with team to UFL markets and collaborate with performance and football operations.
