Job summary

Resolution Think, LLC is seeking a Lead Athletic Trainer to serve as the primary clinical contact for brigade-level units, delivering forward MSK care, injury prevention, and performance optimization across gyms, field areas, and SPRC settings. The role requires a Master’s degree in Athletic Training with CAATE accreditation and an unrestricted state license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• CAATE-accredited program completion.
• Unrestricted state license/registration/certification in applicable US jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned units at brigade, battalion, or company level.
• Provide forward MSK care, early medical intervention, injury prevention, and performance optimization in diverse settings (gyms, ranges, SPRC).
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nutritionists, and performance coaches to support H2F and brigade objectives.
• Deliver prevention-focused care, acute injury management, and rehabilitation for MSK injuries.
• Address the five H2F domains: Physical, Mental, Nutritional, Sleep, and Spiritual.
