Job summary

Resolution Think, LLC seeks full-time Athletic Trainers to join our team at several military bases, enhancing soldier readiness and performance through a comprehensive program.

The role focuses on forward MSK care, injury prevention, and performance optimization within a structured education plan aligned with battalion training calendars. Qualified candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree, CAATE accreditation, and a valid athletic trainer license in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university.
• CAATE accreditation of the program.
• Unrestricted state license/registration/certification to practice Athletic Training.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned units at brigade, battalion, or company level.
• Provide forward MSK care, injury prevention, and performance optimization services.
• Ensure medical treatment is supervised by a licensed government healthcare provider.
• Communicate effectively with trainees, staff, and other ATs in English.
• Maintain current certification/licensing requirements and CAF documentation.
