Job summary

Cognito Systems is seeking a Lead Athletic Trainer to join the Army H2F program at Ft. Sill, Lawton, OK, serving as Brigade Lead AT and advisor on injury control and performance optimization.

You will coordinate with H2F teams, educate on AT scope within the brigade calendar, and prepare reports for leadership. This role demands extensive experience, CAATE credentials, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a CAATE-accredited program and Master’s degree in a related field.
• Passing score on the BOC exam and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Unrestricted state license/registration in the US to provide Athletic Training services.
• Five years of athletic training experience with active populations.
• U.S. Citizenship; ability to pass background check and immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Brigade Lead Athletic Trainer and advisor on injury control and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with Brigade H2F team to support training programs.
• Educate Soldiers and Brigade leadership within AT scope and calendar.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports and participate in Brigade leadership meetings.
