Amazon is seeking a Lead Associate to support, motivate, and model desirable behaviors within our fast-paced warehouse environment. You will manage operations, safety, and quality while ensuring customer delivery promises are met.

The role emphasizes training, supervising, and collaborating with associates and partners, with a focus on continuous improvement, inventory handling, and smooth workflow across receiving, stocking, and delivery preparation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the rest of the team.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises per guidance.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training on system and equipment knowledge and general operations.
• Provide feedback and assist associates in solving issues and ensuring breaks and lunches are taken.
