Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Lead Associate Dock (Finance) to direct dock activities, supervise staff, and ensure the safe, expedient loading, unloading, and movement of material.
Responsibilities include coordinating trailer handling, maintaining outbound shipment records, delivering strong customer service, seeking efficiencies, and assisting with trailer movements as required. A high school diploma or GED and 3 years related experience are preferred.

To provide direction and supervise dock activities and personnel. Ensure the safe and expedient loading, unloading and movement of material, preventative maintenance check on equipment, and accomplish any other tasks as directed by the Manager, Transportation or Assistant Manager, Transportation.
The associate in this position has supervisory responsibility for designated associates in their department.

Associates are required to follow Goodwill's safety rules and regulations, as outlined in Goodwill's policies. Managers have the added responsibility to ensure the compliance of their team members.
