Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a shift supervisor to lead hourly associates across the assigned area. You will guide daily production tasks, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates should demonstrate leadership, the ability to train others, and maintain productive, safe operations during varying shift hours. The role requires flexibility for nights and weekends and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train/cross-train associates on new processes or skills.
• Suggest process improvements and present ideas to leadership.
• Keep area clean and sanitary around the production line.
