All Around Children in Cleveland, OH is seeking experienced Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our new state-of-the-art childcare and preschool center. You will work with children ages 6 weeks through 12 years, in a collaborative, supportive team.

We offer competitive pay from $16.00 to $22.50 per hour plus an industry-leading benefits package, ongoing professional development, and a strong work-life balance.

Formación

• Requirements include high school diploma or GED.
• CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• Experience in licensed child care and with ages 6 weeks to 12 years.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary vaccinations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
• Observe progress and communicate with families.
• Lead parent conferences and support lead teachers.
• Collaborate with staff to plan daily activities.
• Maintain safe, healthy learning environments compliant with licensing.
