Job summary

Allaroundchildren in Strongsville, Ohio is seeking an experienced Childcare Lead Preschool Teacher for our state-of-the-art childcare center. In this role, you will create a nurturing environment for children ages 3-5, fostering development and family relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• Possession of a CDA, AA or higher degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• At least one year of child care experience in a licensed ODJFS child care program.
• Must have a valid driver's license to transport children.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an age-appropriate curriculum for children 3-5 years old.
• Foster strong relationships with families and support children's development.
• Ensure a safe and healthy learning environment.
• Observe and assess children's development and provide guidance.
• Communicate regularly with families about their child’s progress.
