Job summary

All Around Children in Cleveland, OH seeks an experienced Lead and Assistant Sr Infant Teacher to design an age-appropriate curriculum and foster growth for children 6 weeks to 12 months, while partnering with families and a dedicated team.

We offer pay from $16.00 to $22.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including a CDA pathway and ample opportunities for professional development across NE Ohio centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
• Must hold a CDA (minimum), AA, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Career Pathways Level 3 certification (preferred for Lead Teacher).
• At least one year of child care experience in a licensed ODJFS program.
• Current physical and ability to pass BCI/FBI background check.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for infants and young children.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an age-appropriate curriculum for infants.
• Observe, assess, and communicate infant progress to families.
• Contribute to classroom lesson plans and daily activities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment meeting licensing standards.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff on routines and activities.
• Lead parent conferences and provide progress updates.
