Domino's is seeking an Assistant Manager for the 430 Green Springs Hwy., Suite #14 in Homewood, AL. This full-time role supports store operations, cost controls, inventory and customer relations to ensure the Domino’s way in every shift.

You will lead a team, motivate staff, and maintain a positive environment while delivering hot, fresh food to customers in a timely manner. A willingness to learn and grow with the team is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up the store and make sure everything is ready to go from top to bottom using walkthrough techniques.
• Review results, address concerns and set goals for your team.
• Check communications like email, Teams and closing managers notes and assist where needed.
• Assist your operating partner in any training or certifications needed for your team as well as keeping the hiring flow current.
• Follow up with routine checklists for each store position.
• Manage the rush: give direction and assist/flex into areas as needed.
• Ensure the customer is the #1 priority.
• Ensure TMs clock out/end shift on time.
• Monitor product quality and communicate greats/coach remakes.
• Post-rush Manager Walkthrough and ensure you are ready for the next rush.
