Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides management for engineering staff under the Chief Engineer.
• Performs preventive maintenance and manages work orders; reports to Chief Engineer.
• Provides hands-on and classroom training for engineering staff and promotes development.
• Manages stock levels on engineering equipment and parts.
• Schedules Stationary Engineers; prioritizes work orders and resources.
• Prepares labor and material purchase requisitions for approval.
• Maintains preventive maintenance program and updates procedures.
• Ensures safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Maintains building as‑built drawings and documentation.
• Assists in planning 5-year facility plans.
