Qualifications

• Two years of component assembly experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Prior carpentry or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with assembly techniques, tools, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plans and assigns work tasks to assembly team to meet production goals.
• Tracks and reports on efficiency and output of the assembler team.
• Trains new assemblers in assembly tasks, tools, machinery, and safety procedures.
• Sweeps through changing production environments with varying product models.
• Fits parts together using bolts, clips, screws, or cement.
