Job summary

Generac Power Systems is seeking an Assembler III to perform cost-effective, timely assembly while meeting quality standards at our Wisconsin facilities. You will validate materials, follow instructions, and assemble per specifications with PPE compliance.

Responsibilities include training peers, operating ERP tools, and adapting to different workstations as business needs shift. Prior experience in manufacturing assembly is preferred, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organized.

• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and basic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using work instructions, drawings, and electronics equipment.
• Cross train in multiple assembly areas and flex to other departments as needed.
