Job summary

Pentair is seeking an Assembly Operator Lead for 1st shift at White Bear Lake, MN. You will supervise production flow, perform coaching, and ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead start-up meetings, train operators, monitor performance, and collaborate with multiple departments to maintain continuous production and Lean improvements. The role offers hourly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a production lead with GMP emphasis.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement.
• Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleanroom operations, contamination control, PPE and GMP standards.
• Ability to train, coach, and hold employees accountable to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up meetings, safety talks, and daily work assignments.
• Support the Production Supervisor and report performance and safety concerns.
• Maintain hour-by-hour charts and update production boards.
• Escalate equipment failures, quality concerns, and material shortages.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean initiatives and RCCM processes.
• Enforce GMP, safety, and cleanroom policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment in the assigned area and backfill key positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and training to meet quality, safety, and cleanroom requirements.
• Audit workstations, 5S standards, and cleanroom compliance.
• Monitor cleanroom restrictions and PPE requirements.
• Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions related to safety and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and training.
