Pentair is seeking an Assembly Operator II for our White Bear Lake, MN location. You will support operations, follow procedures, and contribute to safety, quality, and delivery goals while performing basic production tasks.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing, with ability to read drawings and operate common assembly tools. Steel-toed shoes required; this is a first-shift role with potential overtime.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Working knowledge of basic mechanical principles and assembly processes.
• Requires English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in safe use of common assembly tools (torque wrenches, power tools, hand tools, calipers).
• Ability to read basic to moderately complex drawings/blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Operate equipment and perform assembly tasks per procedures.
• Follow work instructions and route packets.
• Inspect parts and processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain 5S and Lean manufacturing practices.
