Job summary

Compositech Products Manufacturing is seeking an Assembly Shop Supervisor to lead the on-site operations, uphold production and quality standards, and ensure safe, efficient manufacturing in Pearland, TX. You will manage tools, materials, and staff while driving process improvements.

The role requires strong manufacturing experience, leadership skills, and the ability to read blueprints. Travel for field work may be needed; a high school diploma and 3 years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires manufacturing experience and ability to supervise and improve quality.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Strong problem solving and leadership skills.
• Reads and interprets safety rules and manuals.
• Capable of prioritizing daily work flow.
• Willingness to travel for field work.

Responsibilities

• Direct the assembly shop, supervise production and quality standards.
• Plan and direct manufacturing activities with cost awareness.
• Coordinate with leads and Production Manager to prioritize work.
• Ensure tool and material availability and enforce safe work practices.
• Collaborate with Quality Control and Engineering to improve processes and drawings.
• Communicate schedule changes and provide training/development for staff.
