Job summary

Maxsim Inc. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Restoration Foreman to lead and manage asphalt maintenance and restoration projects at our California sites. The role requires hands-on leadership, equipment operation, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time and safely.

You will supervise crews, plan daily activities, operate an asphalt paver, ensure quality control, and enforce safety standards while coordinating with management and clients to communicate progress and results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in asphalt restoration or paving.
• Experience operating an asphalt paver.
• Strong leadership and crew management.
• Knowledge of asphalt materials, equipment and safety standards.
• Able to perform physical labor outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead asphalt restoration crews on job sites.
• Operate asphalt paver and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members.
• Ensure quality control for sealcoating, paving, patching, crack filling, and striping.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate with management and clients regarding project progress.
• Train and mentor crew members.
