Job summary

Simon, a Colas USA subsidiary, directs asphalt paving projects and leads the assigned crew. You will coordinate subcontractors, regulators, and senior management, ensuring safety and on‑time, on‑budget delivery across our Wyoming footprint. This role may require mobile assignments across Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska.

You will read plans, supervise equipment operators, manage materials, and mentor staff while promoting Simon’s safety culture and company values. Colas Inc.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in asphalt paving or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and coordinate the assigned crew and equipment on asphalt paving projects.
• Ensure projects stay on time and on budget; communicate with customers and management.
• Promote and practice the company safety program and ethics policies.
• Read and interpret project plans, surveys, and grade markers.
• Coordinate supply of materials and equipment to job site.
