Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years asphalt paving experience required.
• 3–5 years foreman/supervisor or lead experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Knowledge of asphalt materials, grading, patching and paving.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Schedule materials, equipment, and crew with project team.
• Operate and maintain paving equipment (paver, rollers, skid steer).
• Monitor paving quality: mat thickness, grade, and compaction.
• Coordinate trucking logistics and material deliveries.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce safety policies.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports.
