Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an experienced on-site construction supervisor for asphalt milling projects across regional job sites in Colorado. You will lead the crew, coordinate schedules with project superintendents, and ensure safety and training for all team members.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid state hoisting license, 5+ years of hands-on asphalt milling experience, and own transportation to travel to sites. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Valid state hoisting license.
• Minimum five years of hands-on asphalt milling experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of asphalt operations.
• Must have own transportation to travel to regional job sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site leadership to the construction crew
• Coordinate project schedules and logistics directly with Project Superintendents
• Ensure the proper training, safety mentoring, and skill development of all team members
• Complete and submit required field logs and documentation
• Operate heavy milling machinery and support equipment effectively
