Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc (USA) is seeking a Supervisor for Formulation and Fill on the 2nd shift (1:30PM - 10:00PM). The role involves supervising the preparation, formulation, and dispensing of pharmaceutical products in a clean room environment in compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.

The position requires leadership over second-shift technicians, authoring investigations, CAPAs, deviations, and change controls using root cause analysis and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, GMP, GDP, FDA, and OSHA regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians on the second shift in preparation operations and related duties.
• Schedule weekly plan of floor activities for technicians on second shift.
• Author and track investigations, CAPAs, deviations and change controls.
• Review batch records and SOPs, and update through DCRs as needed.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure there are no delays in production planning.
• Conduct midyear and yearly performance reviews.
