Job summary

Impact Housing in Los Angeles (DTLA) on-site is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead two to five modular multifamily projects from concept through construction administration. You will coordinate leadership, design teams, consultants, and construction, ensuring QA/QC and schedules across all phases.

A Bachelor in Architecture with licensure interest and 6+ years in multifamily design with Revit is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in multi-family residential architecture or similar using Revit or equal, as well as other software utilized for the architectural design of projects.
• Architectural Experience: Understanding of multi-family residential design evidenced by previous projects.
• Leadership Experience: Experience leading an architectural team on previous projects.
• Communication: Clear communicator of design concepts, tasks, and schedules.
• Collaboration: Works well with others and open to input from others.
• Self-Starter: Able to manage and document work toward completion.
• Motivator: Experience managing and supporting teams toward project success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate design activities across leadership, design, consultants, development, and construction teams.
• Manage project schedules and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Lead QA/QC processes to maintain design and construction standards.
• Drive 2 to 5 multifamily and/or mixed-use factory-built projects from concept design through construction administration.
