Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in SoC/system architecture, technology strategy, or advanced technology research.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure system architecture requirements including server-class power management, high-speed IO (PCIe, SATA), security, and remote device management.

Responsibilities

  • Define next-generation system architectures by analyzing industry trends and customer use cases.
  • Set top-down technology objectives to guide research in compute, memory, and interconnects.
  • Lead with internal and external partners to explore innovations like 3D stacking, chiplets, memory technologies, and packaging.
  • Translate long-term vision into actionable technology strategy and architecture features aligned with product goals.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across software, silicon, and system domains for scalable, high-performance infrastructure.
