• Strong familiarity with multifamily housing; rehab and repositioning experience desirable
• Experience across design, engineering coordination, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration

Responsibilities

• Contribute to every stage of the design process—from concept through construction
• Work on diverse project types including Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Retail, Workplace, Commercial, Adaptive Reuse
• Collaborate with team to meet project goals, budgets, and schedules
