Qualifications

• Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) and licensed architect.
• 5–7 years post-licensure experience in custom residential and commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of design software and building codes.
• Visionary design leadership and mentorship ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural lifecycle for luxury custom homes and diverse commercial developments.
• Direct and mentor junior design staff to ensure technical accuracy and aesthetic cohesion.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house building team to ensure seamless transitions from blueprints to job sites.
• Manage client relationships with a high degree of professionalism and design advocacy.
