Job summary

CRB is seeking a Senior Architect to lead and execute project scope across design, documentation and construction administration as part of a multidisciplinary team in the life sciences and food & beverage sectors.

The role emphasizes coordination with clients and teams, adherence to International Building Code, and mentoring architectural staff, with opportunities to act as Architect of Record on assignments.

Qualifications

• Accredited Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, and/or D.Arch) or international equivalent.
• Architectural license in good standing with NCARB.
• 10+ years of professional experience in an architectural/AEC firm.
• Proficiency in Revit and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery across all design phases from programming to construction administration.
• Prepare code analyses, life safety plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules and specs for complex projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, manage multiple tasks, and mentor staff.
