Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Sr. Manager, Lead Architect – Commerce & Revenue Operations in Orlando, FL.

This technology leadership role provides architectural vision across digital commerce, POS, payments, ticketing, reservations, loyalty, and related revenue systems to enable exceptional guest experiences. You will lead a team of architects, ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, and drive scalability, security, and operational excellence while partnering with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline and 9+ years in technology delivery or architecture.
Experience designing enterprise-wide commerce, revenue operations, or transaction-processing solutions.
Ability to lead architectures across cloud-native, SaaS, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture strategy, roadmap, and solution design for global commerce platforms.
Oversee governance of architecture deliverables ensuring security, scalability and enterprise alignment.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, Finance and Operations.
Mentor and develop a team of solution and application architects.
Follow EH&S responsibilities and drive continuous improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
