Job summary

Veridic Solutions is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to lead onshore for Agentic AI and Digital Platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions while guiding multiple delivery teams.

This role blends hands-on coding, architecture, and executive communication. You will design end-to-end Architectures, govern multi-agent systems, and establish MCP and LLMops standards across retail-focused platforms, loyalty, catalog, pricing, and checkout.

Qualifications

Proven production experience with LLM-based agent systems.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen.
Strong understanding of ReAct, plan-and-execute patterns, multi-agent handoffs, RAG, context engineering, and MCP.
Experience with RAG pipelines: chunking, retrieval, grounding.

Responsibilities

Design and govern end-to-end Agentic AI architectures across digital experiences.
Architect multi-agent orchestration with toolcalling, stateful workflows, and memory.
Define MCP standards for secure access to enterprise tools and services.
Define runtime guardrails for cost control, safety, auditability.
Lead integration of AI agents with catalog, pricing, loyalty, and checkout systems.
Establish LLMOps standards for versioning, evaluations, monitoring, and observability.
Monitor latency, token use, model performance, drift and safety.
Bridge business executives with engineering leaders and partners.
