Mariani Enterprises LLC in Wilton, CT is seeking an Arbor Care Crew Leader with at least 5 years of experience in residential tree care to supervise a field crew on high-end properties. CDL preferred, valid license, and proven climb and rigging skills are required.

You will lead safety-first operations, assign tasks, mentor crew members, and oversee tool maintenance while performing climbing and pruning techniques. The role offers strong benefits and a transparent pay structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Crew Leader in residential tree care.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Experience as aerial lift operator and climber.
• Proven ability to safely operate tree care equipment.
• Strong knowledge of tree species and pruning techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety protocols.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a crew of tree care professionals, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Assign and prioritize daily tasks based on project requirements and crew capabilities.
• Be actively involved in on-the-job training and mentorship to crew members.
• Oversee daily maintenance of tools and equipment assigned to you/your crew.
• Demonstrate and perform proper climbing and rigging techniques, structural pruning and tree dissection skills.
