Job summary

The position requires 3+ years of climbing with DdRT/SRT, a valid driver’s license (Class B CDL preferred), and willingness to work outdoors year-round. Bartlett offers competitive pay, strong safety culture, internal advancement, benefits, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• A passion for nature and the outdoors.
• At least three (3) years of tree climbing with DdRT or SRT and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks: pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervising and managing crews under direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
• Ensuring crew training for each job assignment and adherence to industry and company standards.
• Communicating with clients and building relationships on site.
