Mariani Enterprises LLC in Walpole, MA is seeking an experienced Arborist to join our ACS team, working on high-end residential properties across the greater Boston area.

Qualifications include MCA and/or ISA certification, or ability to obtain within a year; 5+ years as a Crew Leader; valid driver’s license; aerial-lift and climbing experience. Competitive pay and full benefits available.

Qualifications

• MCA and/or ISA certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
• 5+ years experience as a Crew Leader in residential tree care.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience as an aerial lift operator and climber.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce company safety protocols.
• Support crew leader in ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Perform daily tasks based on project requirements and crew capabilities.
• Demonstrate and apply climbing and rigging techniques, pruning and tree dissection skills.
