Qualifications

• Passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
• At least three years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).
• Ability to work outdoors year-round.
• Proven initiative and cooperative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture.
• Manage crews while performing tree care services.
• Ensure each crew member is properly trained.
• Communicate with clients and build relationships.
